Trinity Health Primary Care
Trinity Health Primary Care is your partner in healthcare. We provide primary care services to meet the needs of our patients throughout Detroit. Our clinic is located at 5555 Conner St #2691 Detroit Michigan 48203, and we're here to help with whatever you need. In addition to primary care, we also provide psychiatric services and help with certain social resources. Our clinic also has an in-house pharmacy to make getting your medications easier. We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and appointments are available by calling 313-692-8400.
